This forum is pretty good and all, but I prefer having personal support options, is there an option for this?
I created this forum to help Netmaster, I do not own or control the company, I started off merely buying a box and I also started to sell them. I took it upon myself to create this place to help people out even though I made zero off their sales. I have a lot of content on here, but I am sure there are people who either do not like reading, want that 'personal touch' and to have access to a person. I work a regular job, and helping people with support, keeping this place updated, all while dealing with life's little surprises as well is a very time consuming and stressful thing to do.
All users should be receiving help from their personal reseller. But if they are inadequate, do not make themselves available, or you have no idea who they are. This forum is meant to provide all the information one would need to figure things out. I am a very experienced user of this box and know it better than anyone. I've also donated much of my time to help others.
If you are that unsure of yourself and your ability to learn how the box operates by simply utilizing this forum, I would be willing to offer personal one on one support with a few different options. Via email, or even remote controlling your box to see what you see and troubleshoot it by controlling it for you. I am going to put it for 3 month plans because 3 months should be plenty of time for you to master this box with personal help. Especially if you actually pay attention and learn from what is given for instructions instead of just simply receiving the instructions, doing it, and forgetting about it.
If you simply appreciate the effort I put into this and want to merely donate as a token of appreciation? I will gladly accept that as well. can email superbox2500@gmail.com and in the subject write "I want to donate" and I can tell you where to send it.
Pricing will be as follows.
Personal Email support only
$50 for 3 months
Access to email, and remote control support (way more time consuming on my part because of needing to stop what I am doing to set up a time and getting remote access set up on your device to manually perform steps for you so more $$.)
$110 for 3 months
