Can you program the remote control to work my TV?
Yes on the remotes which came with the N2 and N4K models you can do so. The instructions are on the back of the remote control. Will not work with every type of TV but you can try it out.
If you have an N1 style remote, you can upgrade to the newer style remote, contact your reseller to see if they sell replacements or if they don't have any, email us superbox2500@gmail.com
My remote isn't responding, help!
1) Put fresh batteries, and make sure the batteries aren't in the wrong way. Yes this happens frequently believe it or not.
2) Make sure no LINT is stuck on the battery contact. YES this has happened before to someone.
3) If your remote is truly dead no matter the batteries, you will need a replacment. contact your reseller to see if they sell replacements or if they don't have any, have them get you in touch with Dino.
4) In the meantime while waiting to receive a new remote, you can use almost any keyboard and mouse, both wireless and wired, to control your box. This one is pretty convenient since it is both in one unit ---> Click Here
A few of my buttons do not do what they used to after installing the new build, help!
Seeing as we are converting our hardware to another programmers build, the build we are migrating to was built with different hardware in mind, which has a different remote control. So while most functions of the remote will work as normal, some things will not as the control it was originally designed for may not have had those buttons. The favorites button for instance now MUTES the media player and makes a red speaker with a line through it come up in the corner. If you are muted, press the favorites button again.
This may possibly be addressed in future updates, but right now the main concern is getting all old hardware switched over to the new build and for it to be stable.
In the mean time, there's a way to customize it yourself to regain some of your button's functionality, the process is a little complicated especially if you don't really know what you are doing. If you want a video of me explaining and actually performing this, along with personal one on one support and videos for all kinds of things, you will need an upgraded personal support plan. ----> link
