When I click on a link for a movie or a TV show, I get a message saying I need to Pair or Authorize.. why?
If you want a video of me explaining and actually performing this, along with personal one on one support and videos for all kinds of things, you will need an upgraded personal support plan. ----> link
- In certain add-ons which bring up a list of links to choose from, there will typically be two names on each link... a provider, and a source. Certain sources and providers have security built into their links to prevent people from stealing their links and using their bandwidth (Hot Linking). There are also several sources which require such authorization. You have two options when encountering these types of links.
1) Pay attention to which providers/sources trigger the authorization message and simply avoid them by selecting a different link.
2) Use your phone to follow the instructions on the authorization screen to pair your internet connection so that you can play the links from that particular source. Bear in mind there are different sources which require you to go to different websites to pair.
Pairing Steps:
1) Go to the website on your phone (Phone on the same Wi-Fi network)
2) Click on "I am not a robot"
3) Scroll down the page passed the Ad's and click "Pair"
4) Webpage should refresh and say Pairing sucessful (Pairing Lasts for 4 hours at a time)
Important Notes:
If you choose to simply avoid the links, keep in mind that certain add-ons simply go down the list until it gets a working link. So you may very well click on a link that doesn't have authorization but it may go down the list and eventually automatically trigger a link that DOES require authorization.
If you choose to pair your connection, make sure your phone is on the same wifi network that your Netmaster is connected to. If you are on your phone's data connection, it will pair your phone's data connection and not your home's connection. I also recommend to save all the different pairing websites to your phone's bookmarks for easy quick access later.
